Terms of Sale and Website Use
Last updated: September 2026
These Terms of Sale and Website Use (“Terms”) apply to your use of deenpixel.com (the “Website”) and any purchase made from Deen Pixel.
By using the Website or purchasing a digital product, you agree to these Terms, the relevant Product description and any product-specific licence displayed before checkout.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
1. About Deen Pixel
Deen Pixel creates and sells digital products, including:
- Printable PDFs and workbooks
- Islamic educational resources
- Digital planners and journals
- Notion templates
- WordPress themes and plugins
- Design templates and downloadable assets
- Other digital resources
In these Terms, “Deen Pixel,” “we,” “us” and “our” refer to the operator of this Website.
“Product” means any digital product, software, template, file, licence or related service purchased or accessed through the Website.
2. Who can purchase
You must be at least 18 years old or have permission from a parent or legal guardian to place an order.
By ordering from Deen Pixel, you confirm that:
- The information you provide is complete and accurate.
- You are authorised to use your selected payment method.
- You will use the Product only for lawful purposes.
- You will comply with the licence applicable to that Product.
3. Digital Products
All Products sold through Deen Pixel are delivered electronically unless a Product page expressly states otherwise.
No physical item will be shipped.
Depending on the Product, you may receive:
- A downloadable PDF, ZIP or other digital file
- A Notion template-access link
- A WordPress theme or plugin
- A licence key
- Installation or duplication instructions
- Access through your Deen Pixel customer account
Product photographs, mockups and previews are used to demonstrate the Product. Computers, tablets, phones, stationery, frames, decorations and other physical objects shown in promotional images are not included unless expressly stated.
4. Product descriptions
We aim to describe each Product accurately, including its main features, file format, compatibility, included content and licence.
Before purchasing, you are responsible for reviewing:
- The full Product description
- Included and excluded items
- Software and account requirements
- Compatibility information
- Licence restrictions
- Support and update entitlements
- Product images and demonstrations
Minor differences in colour or appearance may occur because of screen settings, printer settings, paper, software versions and device configurations.
Please contact support@deenpixel.com before purchasing if you need clarification about a Product.
5. Orders
Placing an order is an offer to purchase the selected Product.
Your order is accepted when payment has been authorised and we send an order confirmation or make the Product available to you.
We may refuse or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including where:
- Payment has not been authorised.
- We reasonably suspect fraud or unauthorised activity.
- There is an obvious pricing or Product-description error.
- A technical problem prevents delivery.
- The order would violate applicable law or these Terms.
If we cancel a paid order before providing the Product, the amount paid for that Product will be refunded.
6. Prices, taxes and payment
Product prices are displayed in the currency shown on the Website.
The final price, including any taxes or charges collected by us, will be displayed before the order is submitted.
Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. Deen Pixel does not receive or store your complete payment-card information.
Your payment provider may apply currency-conversion or transaction charges. These charges are controlled by the payment provider and are not included in the Product price unless stated.
We may change prices, discounts and promotional offers at any time. Changes will not affect an order that has already been accepted.
7. Digital delivery
After successful payment, your Product will normally be delivered through one or more of the following:
- A download link on the order-confirmation page
- A download link sent by email
- Your Deen Pixel customer account
- A Notion duplication link
- A licence key or activation instruction
- Another method explained on the Product page
You are responsible for providing an accurate email address and checking your spam or junk folder.
If you do not receive or cannot access your Product, contact support@deenpixel.com with your order number.
You should download and securely save your files promptly. Download limits or access periods, where applicable, will be displayed on the Product page, in your account or in the order information.
8. Immediate access to digital content
Most Deen Pixel Products are supplied immediately after payment.
Where required during checkout, you may be asked to:
- Request that digital delivery begins immediately; and
- Acknowledge that once downloading or digital access begins, you may lose a statutory right to cancel the order simply because you changed your mind.
This does not remove any legal rights you may have if a Product is faulty, materially misdescribed or not supplied as agreed.
9. Product licences
Purchasing a Product grants you permission to use it under its applicable licence. It does not transfer ownership, copyright or other intellectual-property rights to you.
Different Products may have different licences. The licence and usage information displayed on the relevant Product page or included with the Product takes priority over the general licence terms below.
Unless expressly permitted by a Product-specific licence, you must not:
- Resell, redistribute, sublicense, share or give away the Product.
- Share your download link, customer-account access or licence key.
- Upload the Product to a public website, shared drive, marketplace, membership area, file-sharing service or torrent site.
- Claim the Product or a modified version as your original creation.
- Create a competing digital product from the Product or its source files.
- Remove copyright, trademark or licence notices where their retention is required.
- Use the Product for unlawful, misleading or infringing purposes.
- Use Product files to train, develop or supply an artificial-intelligence model or dataset unless expressly authorised.
10. Printables, PDFs and workbooks
Unless the Product page states otherwise, printables, PDFs, journals and workbooks are licensed to one purchaser for personal use.
You may:
- Download and use the Product yourself.
- Print copies for your own personal or household use.
- Complete, annotate and customise the Product for personal use.
- Save a personal backup copy.
You may not distribute copies to students, clients, customers, colleagues, organisations or groups unless the Product includes an appropriate classroom, professional, commercial or extended licence.
Purchasing a Product for a child or household member does not grant permission for wider distribution.
11. Notion and editable templates
Unless stated otherwise, a Notion or editable template is licensed to one purchaser for personal or internal business use.
You may:
- Duplicate the template into your own authorised workspace.
- Add your own information and content.
- Modify the layout, colours, properties and structure.
- Use the template to organise your own personal activities or business.
You may not:
- Sell, share, distribute or sublicense the original template.
- Sell or distribute a modified version of the template.
- Publish a duplicate-ready version for others.
- Include the template in another free or paid product.
- Share the original access or duplication link.
- Provide the template to clients unless a separate commercial or client-use licence expressly allows it.
- Sell a service whose principal deliverable is a copy or lightly modified version of the template.
Notion is an independent third-party service. Its interface, features, plans and availability may change. A Notion account and internet access may be required.
Deen Pixel is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by Notion.
12. WordPress themes, plugins and software
WordPress themes, plugins and related software are licensed according to:
- The licence plan selected at checkout
- The terms displayed on the Product page
- The licence documentation included with the Product
- Any applicable open-source or third-party licence
Where software contains open-source or third-party components, the relevant licence applies to those components.
A commercial licence key may control access to:
- Automatic updates
- Technical support
- Premium services or functionality
- Starter-site resources
- The permitted number of website activations
The Product page will state the number of websites permitted under each plan and the applicable support and update period.
You may not share, publish, sell or distribute a commercial licence key. Client-site use is permitted only if the selected licence expressly includes it.
Purchasing a theme or plugin does not include WordPress hosting, a domain name, website construction, content entry or third-party premium software unless expressly stated.
13. Compatibility and technical requirements
Before purchasing a theme, plugin or software Product, you are responsible for checking its stated requirements, including:
- WordPress version
- WooCommerce version
- PHP version
- Browser requirements
- Hosting requirements
- Required or recommended plugins
- Supported product types
- Third-party service requirements
We test software against the versions and integrations identified in the Product description or documentation.
We cannot guarantee compatibility with every:
- Hosting provider
- WordPress plugin
- WooCommerce extension
- Browser
- Custom codebase
- Server configuration
- Future third-party update
If you depend on a particular plugin or extension, contact us before purchasing to confirm whether it is officially tested.
You are responsible for maintaining appropriate backups and testing significant changes on a staging website before applying them to a live website.
14. Starter-site imports
Some themes may include importable starter-site content.
A starter-site import may add or change:
- Pages and posts
- Products and categories
- Menus
- Images
- Widgets
- Theme settings
- Homepage assignments
Starter-site content is provided as a starting point and must be customised for your website.
Back up an existing website before running an import. Deen Pixel is not responsible for lost content or overwritten settings caused by importing without an appropriate backup.
Any third-party images or demonstration content remain subject to their applicable licences.
15. Updates
Update entitlement depends on the Product and licence plan purchased.
The Product page will state:
- Whether updates are included
- The duration of update access
- Whether renewal is required
- Any conditions attached to updates
If a Product is advertised with “lifetime updates,” “lifetime” refers to the period during which that Product remains commercially available and actively maintained by Deen Pixel. It does not mean the purchaser’s lifetime or guarantee that development will continue indefinitely.
We may improve, change, replace or discontinue features where reasonably necessary for security, compatibility, legal compliance or Product development.
Software may continue working after update access expires, but compatibility with future versions of WordPress, WooCommerce, PHP or other third-party software cannot be guaranteed.
16. Product support
Support is provided only when included with the Product or selected licence plan.
Where included, support may cover:
- Installation and activation assistance
- Guidance about documented features and settings
- Investigation of reproducible Product defects
- Starter-site import problems
- Compatibility with integrations we officially identify as tested
Support does not normally cover:
- Building or managing your website
- Custom PHP, CSS or feature development
- Bespoke design work
- Content entry
- Hosting or server administration
- Repairing unrelated third-party software
- SEO, marketing or business services
- Training beyond the supplied documentation
- Problems caused by unauthorised Product modifications
Support ends after the period stated in the selected plan unless renewed or extended.
Printables, workbooks and general templates are normally supplied as self-service Products, although we will assist if a purchased file is missing, corrupted or materially incorrect.
17. Refunds
Our separate Refund Policy forms part of these Terms and should be reviewed before purchasing.
Because digital Products are delivered or made accessible electronically, a change-of-mind refund may not be available after downloading or digital access begins, subject to applicable consumer law.
A refund will not normally be provided solely because:
- You changed your mind after receiving access.
- You purchased the wrong Product.
- You did not review the Product description.
- You lack the software, account or technical knowledge required to use the Product.
- A third-party platform changed after your purchase.
- The Product is incompatible with an unlisted or unsupported plugin, extension, device or configuration.
This does not affect any rights you may have where a Product is faulty, materially misdescribed or not supplied as agreed.
If you experience a problem, contact support@deenpixel.com with your order number and a clear description of the issue.
18. Accounts, downloads and licence security
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials, download links and licence keys secure.
You must notify us promptly if you believe that your account or licence key has been accessed without authorisation.
We may temporarily suspend downloads, activations or account access where we reasonably suspect:
- Fraud
- Unauthorised sharing
- Licence-key misuse
- A security threat
- A material breach of these Terms
Where appropriate, we will provide an opportunity to explain or resolve the issue.
19. Intellectual property
Except for third-party and open-source components, the Website and Products—including their designs, text, artwork, illustrations, branding and original code—are owned by or licensed to Deen Pixel.
Third-party names, services and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.
The names “Deen Pixel” and “VelocityEngine,” together with associated branding, may not be used in a way that falsely suggests ownership, sponsorship, partnership or endorsement.
20. Faith-based, educational and wellbeing content
Deen Pixel Products may contain faith-based, educational, productivity or wellbeing content.
This content is provided for general education, reflection and organisation. It is not:
- Medical or mental-health treatment
- Therapy or diagnosis
- Legal or financial advice
- Personalised religious advice or a fatwa
- A guarantee of a particular educational, spiritual, health or commercial result
Where appropriate, seek advice from a suitably qualified medical professional, mental-health professional, legal adviser, financial adviser or Islamic scholar.
21. Website use
You must not:
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Website or another customer’s account.
- Introduce malware, viruses or other harmful code.
- Interfere with the operation or security of the Website.
- Scrape or systematically extract Website content without permission.
- Use false information to place an order.
- Circumvent download, activation or licence controls.
- Use the Website or Products to violate applicable law or another person’s rights.
22. Third-party platforms and services
Some Products depend on third-party platforms or services, including WordPress, WooCommerce, Notion, hosting providers, payment processors, email providers and web browsers.
These services are independently operated. Their features, pricing, availability and terms may change.
Deen Pixel is not responsible for an interruption or change caused by a third-party provider outside our reasonable control. Where possible, we will provide reasonable assistance when such a change directly affects access to a purchased Product.
23. Website and Product availability
We take reasonable steps to keep the Website, accounts and delivery systems available and secure.
However, continuous and uninterrupted access cannot be guaranteed. Temporary interruptions may occur because of maintenance, updates, hosting problems, security incidents or events outside our reasonable control.
If a technical problem prevents you from accessing a purchased Product, contact us so we can investigate and restore access where reasonably possible.
24. Limitation of liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or restricts mandatory consumer rights.
Deen Pixel is not responsible for losses caused by:
- Using a Product contrary to its instructions
- Failing to maintain appropriate backups
- Unsupported software, plugins or configurations
- Unauthorised modifications
- Third-party services outside our reasonable control
- Use of educational, faith-based or wellbeing content as a substitute for qualified professional advice
We do not guarantee that using a Product will produce a specific commercial, search-ranking, performance, educational, personal or wellbeing result.
Where permitted by law, Deen Pixel will not be liable for indirect or consequential losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the purchase was made.
25. Changes to Products and Terms
We may update these Terms for future Website use and future purchases.
The Terms and Product information available when an order is placed will normally apply to that purchase.
A later update will not remove mandatory consumer rights or materially reduce an existing paid licence unless the change is reasonably required for legal compliance, security or an applicable third-party licence.
The current version will be published on this page with its latest update date.
26. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent permitted.
