1. Non-Refundable Nature of Digital Products

Due to the immediate access and intangible nature of downloadable digital assets (PDF files, printable activity books, templates, and digital guides), all sales are final and non-refundable once purchase completed and download links issued.

Unlike physical goods, digital files cannot be returned once access is granted.

2. Eligible Exceptions for Support & Refunds

We are dedicated to providing high-quality resources and will gladly assist or issue refunds under the following specific circumstances:

Duplicate Purchases: If you accidentally purchase the exact same digital product twice in a single transaction or within a short time frame, contact us within 7 days with your order details for a full refund of the duplicate charge.
Corrupted or Missing Files: If a file fails to download, opens with missing pages, or exhibits technical errors, reach out to our team immediately. We will issue fresh download links or send the uncorrupted files directly to your email within 24–48 hours.
File Incompatibility: We strongly recommend ensuring your device supports standard PDF viewing software (such as Adobe Acrobat, Apple Books, GoodNotes, or native tablet PDF readers) prior to checkout. If a file is genuinely broken or formatted incorrectly on our end, we will fix it or provide a store credit/refund.

3. Unauthorized Sharing & License Terms

All purchases are licensed strictly for personal, household, or single-classroom use. Re-distributing, re-selling, or sharing download links publicly violates our Terms & Conditions and voids any eligibility for store support or file replacements.
